Besides exact measuring, examinations, and mixing components, our lab also runs numerous tests that guarantee our polyurethane foams’ quality, durability, and technical characteristics. Our
laboratory can measure physical-mechanical foam characteristics such as:

• Foam density – in accordance with ISO 845 standard
• Foam hardness – in accordance with both the ISO 3386 and ISO 2439 standard
• Compression set – in accordance with ISO 1856 standard
• Resilience – in accordance with ISO 8307 standard
• Tensile strength and elongation at break – in accordance with ISO 1798 standard
• Dynamic fatigue (i.e., loss in height) – in accordance with ISO 3385 standard
• Ash content – in accordance with ISO 1171 standard
