Disclosure of data to foreign countries is conducted on the basis of the default level of appropriate
protection of personal data in these countries, in accordance with the law.
If individual Handlers have a headquarters outside the top group of EU and USA countries, data disclosure
would only be possible with the application of article 65 provisions. ZZPL regulates transmission with the
appropriate safeguards in place.
