HealthCare Europe d.o.o. was established in 2012 in Serbia as a daughter company of a Chinese memory foam production giant HealthCare Co. Ltd. Factory is placed in Ruma, Republic of Serbia, with more than 60.000 m² and supplies European markets, Russia, the Middle East, and the USA.

As a regional leader in foam production, we offer nearly 15 different types of regular PU foam, approximately 10 types of memory foam with different densities and characteristics, 4 types of HR foam, and 2 types of Smart foam™ that own extraordinary performances of natural latex. Choice of foams themselves, this wide, provides an even broader range of cores, semi-products, and final products, because all these types of foam may be combined according to the customer’s demand.

Our broad product portfolio range consists of diverse types of mattresses, toppers, pillows, and accessories.

ISTORIJA

Every story has its beginning, and ours begins in 2003 when Mr. Ni Zhanggen founded our parent company HealthCare Co. Ltd. The first factory was built in Nantong City in the southeastern Jiangsu province of China. Since then, it has become one of China’s largest memory foam manufacturers.

In 2012, our company has been established in Novi Sad, Serbia, with only a few dozen employees. The same year, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which entails further development of a total of 1200 employees and impressive production capacities.

Two years later, in 2014, the company moved to Ruma, where factory construction was underway. The factory’s construction was only the first step out of planned 50-million-euro investments into Serbia.

The factory opened in 2015 and subsequently began its production of a broad assortment of sleeprelated products and foams. Our success is achieved through utilizing the latest technological possibilities on the market.

Today, our factory spans more than 60.000 square meters. It has 4 manufacturing facilities, where we conduct a complete production cycle – from the very foams we use to the final sleep product of the finest quality.

We employ more than 700 diligent workers and continue expanding and growing our family.

This is also demonstrated by our numerous certificates, which prove that we strictly adhere to the highest international regulations and parameters and manage our business and organization of working conditions accordingly.

Since its inception, the company has been certified and operates in accordance with the requirements of Standard Quality Management – ISO 9001: 2015, constantly working to improve its processes following the dynamic internal and external environment of the business.

HealthCare Europe d.o.o. carries two OEKO-TEX®. The certificate numbered 25.3.0154 guarantees that the PU, whether shaped or molded into a block, is safe for our consumer’s health and environment. On the other hand, the OEKO-TEX® 25.3.0155 certificate is proof that our final products are free of harmful substances and durable, meeting the highest environmental and market standards.

Since February of 2017, HealthCare Europe d.o.o. has carried the right to the CertiPur® certification. Numbered C-SRB-1216-987-0325, it guarantees our buyers that our foams, which we incorporate into the final products, meet the consumption criteria and requirements set by the CertiPur® Safety Health Environment standards.

During the same year, we were granted the BSCI certification under the number 355547/79668. It expresses high-social responsibility and awareness that HealthCare Europe d.o.o. shows towards its employees and the wider community
